Our games generally do not require users to create an account or provide their name, email address, phone number, postal address, or other direct contact information in order to play.

Game and technical information

Depending on the game and the services enabled in it, certain technical information may be processed by GameUp or by third-party service providers. This may include:

• App version and basic device information;
• Operating system and language or region settings;
• Basic diagnostics and crash information;
• General information about how features of the game are used;
• Advertising and measurement information processed by advertising or analytics providers, where applicable.

We do not intentionally ask children to submit personal information such as their full name, home address, telephone number, or email address through our games.

2. Children's Privacy

Some GameUp games are designed for children and families. We take children's privacy seriously and design our children's games to minimize the collection of personal information.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children for registration or account creation.

Where advertising or analytics services are used in a child-directed game, we configure and use those services according to applicable children's privacy and platform requirements.

3. Advertising

Some GameUp games may display advertising to support the development and maintenance of our free games.

Depending on the game, we may use third-party advertising and mediation technologies, such as LevelPlay / ironSource or other advertising providers. These providers may process technical and advertising-related information according to their own privacy policies.

For games directed to children, advertising is intended to comply with applicable children's advertising requirements, including requirements concerning non-personalized advertising and appropriate ad content.

We do not knowingly use personalized advertising to target children in child-directed games where such advertising is prohibited.

4. Analytics and Crash Reporting

Some GameUp applications may use analytics or diagnostic services, such as Firebase Analytics, to understand general app performance and usage and to identify crashes or technical problems.

Depending on the service and configuration, these providers may process technical information such as app events, device information, diagnostics, and other information described in their respective privacy policies.

GameUp does not sell users' personal information.

These providers may process information under their own privacy policies and applicable legal requirements.

Our games may integrate third-party services. Depending on the particular game, these may include Google Play services, Firebase, LevelPlay / ironSource, and other SDKs or services used for advertising, analytics, diagnostics, or core functionality.

Third-party services have their own privacy practices. We encourage parents and users to review the privacy policies of those providers when relevant.

GameUp retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, to provide our services, resolve technical issues, comply with legal obligations, or protect our rights.

Information processed by third-party providers may be retained according to their own retention policies.

If you are a parent or legal guardian and have questions about information associated with your child, or you believe that GameUp may have collected personal information from your child, please contact us.

We will review reasonable requests concerning children's personal information and take appropriate action where required by applicable law.

GameUp and our service providers may process information in countries other than the country in which you live. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international data transfers.
